People are underestimating the IMPORTANCE of our Keith Traylor signing, in fact, I voted on the poll that he was our most IMPORTANT offseason signing. Come on, how many times did you feel like throwing your television after watching either Jeff Zgonina or Bryan Robinson I think was his name, get pushed off the ball at the snap, causing linemen to get out on Zach, causing teams to RUN ALL OVER US AS MUCH AS THEY WANTED. Keith Traylor won't move. Keith Traylor, along with a healthy Larry Chester, will not move. Finally, teams must throw the ball. Finally, we will force more turnovers. Finally, we will win more games. And it all comes back to the addition of Keith Traylor. Someone give me a good reason why someone else was the most important acquistion, which seems to be Ronnie Brown according to the poll on ESPN.

i have to agree with you there bigshow, he was a very nice pick and is going to contribute a lot this season... i cant wait to see his fat a$$ out there bloging up the holes.

Good call.

I wouldn't call it our most important signing, but he will definitely clog the run lanes.

huge. too bad we didnt get pat williams also. he was available too. pat williams keith traylor and larry chester. BAD

DolphinDevil: Let me correct myself. The most important signing was NICK SABAN. As far as players though, I feel its Keith Traylor. Give me your pitch as to why it is someone else. (If its anyone other than Ronnie Brown don't bother arguing it. But I'd still like to hear why Ronnie is more important than Traylor)

Just for future refererences, you know?

Brown is going to be our offensive star for years to come. And while Traylor is going to be a huge help this year, he's only a one or two year stop gap.

That's all.

Ok so you are taking into consideration our future. Point well taken. In that respect, obviously its Ronnie Brown. Keith Traylor is a temporary fix. But for this year, its gotta be Keith. Especially with Ronnie's inexperience. Long run, yeah, Ronnie Brown. MAYBE Matt Roth. But I won't go there..... (You can tell I favor defense)
