Did anyone see this interview?

Quick Recap:
- Ronnie Brown
Said he is a physical freak and can see why he was choosen 2nd overall. Said he will be an amazing rookie talent as long as he keeps his head straight. He also said he has alot to learn.

- QB Controversy
Said he would not say who would be the better choice for a fantasy team, Gus or AJ (not that either would) because that could be seen as favoritism. Just left it open saying they stick behind their guy and as of right now that is Gus.

- Rebuilding process of Rams vs Dolphins
Said that on the Rams they were actually rebuilding and Vermeil said the first day that they were 3 years away from a championship. He said the Dolphins are already a championship calibre team and ready for that step.

- Coach Saban
Said he was a great coach and will be a huge influence in the teams success.

- Ricky Williams welcome back
Said it took alot of character for the guy to admit he was wrong, apologize and show up and work hard everyday. He sounded sincere about the fact that it seems Ricky is fully welcomed back.

- Manuel Wright
Said he had along way to go. Even more so than most rookies. He said he needed to develop that fire and conditioning.

That was pretty much it but Kevin Carter seemed adament that the dolphins were a now team and not future. He seemed like he believed it.

I thought it would of had to have been posted already, but I just didnt find it.

Doesnt matter man, thanks for keeping the late readers up to date. Just like some mbrs rush to post something "breaking" first, others rush to say "merge" or "that was already posted" first. I appreciated your re-cap of the interview......I love Dolphins news old or new.....Shyt I watch sportscenter over and over and over again........and never do I say "Merge"

I also had the privilege to watch him. Carter was asked how different or the same this team is compared with his first season under Vermiel in St.Louis.

Carter then said "Coach Vermiel walked into the room and the first thing he said was "In three years we will be world Champions". Carter then made a bold statement, he said "This team is much further along than that team in St.Louis, we have almost all the pieces to the puzzle to be a Championship team this year." He also said we have many versatile guys on defense which make it very easy to throw many different looks at the offense. He also mentioned how offenses will never know what to expect from them.

With a statement like this it is hard to fathom all the so called "experts" predicting a 5-11 finish. I would assume that Carter knows what's going on with this team a bit more than the "outsiders" do. There certainly is talent on the team. Now if the coaches can get everyone on the same page then who knows.;)

I'm sure teh outsiders know more about whats going on with 30 other teams then carter. If we go 8-8 Saban conitues his record of never coaching a losing season.. lets shoot for that and anything else is icing on the cake
