Interesting, I just read that Kevin Jones might be out for the entire 07 season, therefore Lions might have to draft a RB- Adrian Peterson most likely. The rest of the Lions RBs are horrible. That draft pickup could change things for the Fins at the #9 position..
 
That is kind of weird. Where did you read that at? That's too bad for Kevin Jones, he's a pretty good player who has hit a string of bad luck. But you are right, that could shake things up a little bit and the only QB I would take if we were to draft one in the first round would be JaMarcus Russell. If he's not there, then take BPA at another position.

U wouldnt take Quinn if for some reason he was there at the #9 pick, or if Brohm declares and hes there?

I'm not very sold on Quinn. He plays pretty poorly against good defenses and looked horrible in that Sugar Bowl. I just think we can improve our team much more by drafting another position in that 9 spot. The only way I want us taking a QB in that first round is if it's Russell.
 
brohm is going to be average in this league. joey harrington is better...when you take a qb in the first round you want him to be a stud with a strong future....russel and maybe quinjn are the only ones this year.
 
Jones is out for THAT long??? My bro is a Die Hard Lions Fan and he hasn't even heard about this. ( You know he is a Die Hard If he has been a fan for the past few years :lol: )

Louisville had the 2nd ranked offense this year, almost made it to a BCS bowl game, all in part to Brohm
