Why was he let go, looks like a pretty solid backup for Tennessee. I can't help but notice the guy when he is playing, he is a monster. :)

Parcells probably would have liked him.

Yep Vickersons definatley a beast.
 
I see Justin Peele's catching a bunch of Ryan's passes too in Atlanta. Hindsight's always 20/20 though.

It was the same as everyone asking why we let go of Heath Evans. It's quite possible that Vickerson wasn't fitting our system at the time.

Players thrive in different situations, then may go to another team and play horrid.

Can't keep everyone we sign all the time if they're not doing anything.
 
Ask Cam Cameron... We had Kevin Carter and Holliday praising the 7th round pick in his rookie off-season when everyone elses sight was on Manny Wright at the time.

Peele was making way making over a million and number 3 on the depth chart. He was doing alot of good things, but no better than the other cheaper options.
 
I believe Vickerson was cut because we had plenty of depth and we liked Fred Evans better. Evans then got cut because he was a pot smoker who liked to fight police and get tasered at 3 in the morning. Neither would have made this years roster with the Dline we have now.

Fred Evans has been playing for the Vikes, not sure of his role (probably backup) but I always liked Vickerson. I think he's going to make a very good DT in this league. He has a nasty streak to him, fits very well with the Titans D.

Has the "Harris Smith" jersey blown out of the NFL's on-line shop yet? I was late jumping on the "Ron Mexico" attire when I had the chance. Talk about hindsight.

The vikings will find out for real this week. With the suspensions, he'll be starting. Lucky for him, and the Vikings its against the Lions.

idk evans would of made a good nose he has been workin in with the williamsin minnesota hes been solid and even vickerson has been playin real well but he would of been a 3-4 de
