Terrence Fede is a kid out of the Pioneer League and he just made a great play to win a game in the final seconds. Why wouldn't he be happy? I wanted us to lose out and I'm still really happy for him.

because they won...... yeah they are eliminated but that doesn't mean just stop playing. bc some on this board want us to lose out bc they want change doesn't mean the team is going to quit. have you ever played football? you never know your last opportunity to wear those pads will be.

Really....its a game and we won. What do you want them to do? Hold their heads down and act like nothing happened.....You clearly have never played sports. Okay so I read about lack of emotion and now I'm reading too much?
It seems as the OP has never played sports at a high level. Coming from a person who has played a sport at a professional level, you never don't play to win and always get excited when you do.

Finally someone who has experienced what I've experienced playing sports at a high level. You don't go far without the inner fire to always win even when the odds are against you.
You guys crack me up. You want the team to lose but expect a culture of winning...mixed message maybe? The winning has to start somewhere...even in "meaningless" games. You can't build a winning culture if you're focused on losing, that's a loser mentality.
