Sat down with my coffee and turned on NFL Network and couldn't believe what I heard. One of the hosts on GMFB was talking about how the Killer Bs name for the Steelers is played out and that the original killer Bs were In the Astrodome (Biggio, Beltran and Bagwell). Totally lost respect for a guy that is on a show that's football first and thinks the first Killer Bs were a baseball team in the 90s. Do your homework man. Also people are really reaching with that nickname for the Steelers when not all three guys last name start with a B. You have to throw in Ben because his first name does. Loses its sparkle. No continuity.

I will never have any sympathy for people that still watch the 4-letter networks.

It's your own damn fault.

So, where do you suggest we get our sports news?

For starters, there's a smorgasbord of reliable/respectable, team/independent, reporters/analysts on Twitter.

I follow close to 200 or so and my account and it's strictly football. It's pretty dope.

Well, ESPN has 15 channels so the plural form works there too.

ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN3, etc are 4-letter words? :ponder:

SoS, you just quoted yourself and gave yourself a face palm. You alright lol?

Carlos Beltran was only with the Astros for one year. Craig Biggio, Jeff Bagwell, Derek Bell, Sean Berry, Lance Berkman were the second wave of Killer B's behind the original Dolphins.

Not sure if that was an insult or joke but be careful of personal attacks guys.

Say what you want about the post but refrain from attacking the poster.
