How do we neutralise the threat of Kittle? This is my biggest concern going into the game. I've not seen anything threads on the subject which has surprised me.

I think the reason you haven't seen any threads on Kittle is because most people like myself are more worried about how the o-line is going to hold up against their pass rush.

Kittle and Deebo will be the key to this game for us.

Gotta find a way to contain them. Eric Rowe needs to step up big time, he seems to be our best DB at covering TEs.

Holland needs to have a statement game Sunday, he has kind of disappeared this season.

Its gonna be a tough game, but we can do it.

George Kittle is a very good TE and he consistently blocks well. However, if you look at the number of receptions, TDs, etc, he is no Travis Kelce, in terms of being unstoppable. Make no mistake, Kittle will make some plays, he is very good.
BTW - George Kittle is probably the archetypal TE role model that Mike McDaniel aspires to replicate in the future either through the draft or free agency.

My concern, related to Kittle, is the number of weapons SF has to throw against the Fin's secondary. Yeah, X and KK. After that, advantage SF. This is where Chubb, Ingram, Phillips earn their money.

I think our offense can outpace SF if both QBs are kept clean.

Problem is their pass rush against our hobbled OL.

Make no mistake, this game is a national SB litmus test for the Dolphins.

I agree with you that most/all of us are worried about the OL and Tua’s health.
To try and answer the Kittle question; what have other teams tried? Garopalo doesn’t run so we do not need a spy like for Lamar Jackson or Josh Allan. Do we put a guy man on man on Kittle every play?

Someone needs to step up for sure. A few early sacks or pressures would help.
