This maybe good news. I don't know much about this guy, but Howard has been just bad the past 2 games.

I defended Howard after the Jets game, as he had a strong preseason after the lousy Bears HOF game. But now, I think his demotion is surly just.

I dont know much about Thomas to be honest but we need an upgrade over Howard ASAP. Lets hope he can step in and step up.

I look forward to trying anything to improve our secondary. Howard (whom I've never been a big suppoter of!) has been a real let down.

lets hope we get some kind of help.. I wouldn't be against bringing in someone else as well.

What ever happened to Eddie Jackson..I saw him on one play but he looked OK out there defending and breaking a pass.

I think people on this team have been spoiled because our secondary has had good depth for so long. Not many teams have a 3rd CB that doesn't get "picked on". I watched the game, and on Steve Smith's TD in the red zone, Howard was covering him pretty well, it was a great throw and catch. Any closer by Howard wouldn've been a moot pass interference. On Smith's other TD, Howard wasn't covering him. His 3rd TD, Howard stunk, but he's a nickel.

At this point, anyone with a pulse may be an upgrade over Howard. We'll see! Would still like to see us bring someone else in, but I trust St. Nick more and more each day, so I'll just sit back and enjoy.
