Kneel before Matt Moore and draft a QB?

I'm glad we didn't get flynn as I knew he had a weak arm and was carried by his offense and he wouldn't be worth the money but Why don't we give Moore a chance to a starter from day 1 and maybe draft a QB Tanehill or whatever. I rather have Matt Moore then Smith TBH
