With Montee Ball in Denver, is going after Moreno a good solution at RB?

All I know is, Lamar Miller, Daniel Thomas and Mike Gillislee are just 3 mediocre backs. Nothing special. We need upgrades and certainly need a power back

It's not going to take much to upgrade our pathetic RB group

Knowshon Moreno's tears impregnate virgins and are the source of Jimmy Johnson's hair gel. John Fox didnt have surgery after his heart attack- Knowshon cried on his chest and he jogged out if the hospital. Denver could afford to lose Moreno, but not his tears.

His production has been trash because he's dealt with tough injuries his entire pro career aside from his first season, which was pretty good for rookie standards. He's been legit in all phases this year and offers everything we sorely lack. I just don't see our new gm taking a chance on a high priced FA back with an injury history.

Got news for you all. It won't matter who is running the ball behind this OL. Lamar Miller is fine. 4.0 ypc behind this abysmal OL. You think others are going to do that much better? The OL is the problem, not the RB.

We can get a quality RB in the Third round like Mason that's where they have him going.

I have a feeling Mason will be gone MUCH sooner than that.

What ireland has left us with though, is the same-o situation of almost being REQUIRED to draft OL in the 1st round when a decent football team should be drafting IMPACT offensive playmakers. We will have to sign 1 OL in FA and draft one, probably WAY too early, leaving little opportunity to get offensive talent. This team needs an Identity RB the stature of a Ricky Williams AND one more "X" or "#1" WR to pair with Tannehill. And a fix at TE.

Do those things and we are looking at a deep-run offense.

But as usual the defense-fetish guys will be screaming for a CB. AT LAST we might have a GM who will say No.

Please hire a GM who will not Jamar Fletcher us.

I see so many really good to great backs in the league taken from round 2 to undrafted and all I can hope is that one time we become that team that gets one later in the draft.
