Kobe to be suspended again

I saw he hit someone similar to how he hit Manu, was wondering if he'd get suspended again.
 
whatever, David Stern and his minions are a joke.
 
Unreal, in a span of about what of month, he does the same thing twice. The first one I agreed with the 1 game suspension, but the second time around it was the same exact thing he did. He should have gotten at least 3 games, I think he should have gotten like 5.
 
It was a complete accident. The suspension is crap IMO and I'm not even a Kobe fan. He didn't take a swing at him or anything.
 
Unreal...Hes got to stop flailing.Hes messing up peoples domes.One thing to be trying to draw contact,but its another to be flailing your arm out to make contact with another player.Didnt agree with the first suspension,but now the league HAS to suspend him for this one.

I think if you look at both videos side by side, it doesn't like an accident. He may not be intentionally trying to hurt them, but he is trying to draw contact in the wrong way. I do still think the 1 game suspension wasn't enuff for the second time around.

I've only seen the video twice but to me it didn't look like he was trying to hit anyone in the head. Does anyone have a link to the video of it?

Look at the NCAA that kid got one game for busting the other kids nose open with his elbow. (and that one looked like he did it on purpose)

I know this is the NBA but there is a serious flaw in the way suspensions are handed down in sports.
 
Yeah I agree with Duke-UNC one, it did look a little more like it was on purpose. I felt the way you do about the first one, cause it could be looked at like he was trying to draw contact, but the second time around its near the same motion and with some thrust to it as well. Only Kobe knows for sure it was on purpose or not.
 
i think Kobe deserved 2-3 games and the Duke kid should have gotten atleast 5 games or maybe they should have just suspended him from the ACC tournament
