This is very true. I was referring to the D holding at the end of the game on a drive when it counted most (crunch time).

I also think Sherman is getting fired. But my main concern is why he wasn't fired last year.

Yeah that defense was fired up at the end.

I agree. Bates is next in line for head coach of the Packers.

I dont think Bates will coach the Packers, their season is over, theres not much point in firing Sherman. Its only going to cost the management a fortune and they arent going anywhere. Maybe he quits but even then is Bates next in line? Their defense has been terrible, Bates really hasnt done what he went there to do.

Bates has so little to work with. I dont even know where he can start, he has no really good pass rushers, no run stoppers, awful LB's, a terrible secondary. They dont have a real marquee name on that defense. He'll find a way to make them better, but it's going to take a while.
