If the reports are true that Farmer is indeed out, wonder if Dawson becomes the favorite. I just don't think they will go with Gaine, because chances are even if he doesn't get the job he will remain in the organization. I think they want an outsider to come in and be the GM.

Interesting that this is Dawson's third interview.

If they wanted Gaine, then Gaine would be GM and they wouldn't be doing all this. It will be an outsider, because Gaine stays either way.
 
Big O show said a few weeks ago he spoke with people who are connected to the Titans organization that told him Lake Dawson was lazy. TIFWIW.

What this does show is that Gaine is only a break glass in case of emergency candidate. They're obviously not impressed by Gaine's work.
 
If this is true, I hope they only bought him a 1 way ticket...

I don't think they feel that way about Gaine at all.......he's a strong candidate.

Big O doesn't like anyone Miami is interviewing, because Big O's shtick is to be extremely negative about everything Dolphins.

Big O is also a complete mongo, so there's that.

The way things are going there will be a report tomorrow Dawson has removed his name for the job. Whether Ross wants to hire someone tomorrow, he really needs to speed this up. The media hurricane out there is palpable.
 
If they would have made Lake Dawson the GM in 2012, Jeff Fisher would be the coach here.

Perhaps, but Big O has been on the money with his opinions and insights much more than he has been wrong.

So when was his 2nd interview? How many interviews are needed? It's not like there is a plethora of candidates to drill down from
