Me too! He was good for my Lakers early in his career,but the last couple of seasons he has been injured so much his contributions to the team were next to nothing.
 
I am happy for George. He was a good little soldier, but his time had passed in L.A. I am happy for him.
 
The play that sticks in my mind when I see George and Lakers together is the shot he scored with 0.4 secs left against the Spurs I think which gave them the W. That caused so much controversy :lol:...I remember he RAN into the locker room after the shot :roflmao:

Yeh that was Fisher. But George is a servicable player and if he could ever hit the three with any consistancy he could be a starter again. He was supposed to be that third scorer that LA was always in desperate need of. I doubt he gets that much playing time in Dallas, but if they ever need a big athletic guy to body up James hes there. The Mavs just keep accumulating talent. Now they have backups that have spent their careers starting at every position.
 
Maybe they will go after Nick Van Exel??? :lol:
