(From PFT) "The Trindon Holliday era has ended in New York. There was one?
The Giants have released Holliday from injured reserve, per a league source. The Giants had placed Holliday on IR in August.
The move allows Holliday to sign with any other team, assuming he’s healthy. The diminutive specialist has had some major performances in the past, including a pair of return touchdowns for the Broncos in a double-overtime loss to the Ravens in the 2012 postseason."

I'd take Holliday over James in a minute...if he's healthy. Thoughts?

Hmmm... should we drool over the practice squad talent or the injured player that had a great game two years ago... its a tough choice...

Hell yes. Idk what his injury was, but if he is even a shadow of himself in Denver, he is far and away better than anything in Miami

LaMichael James was signed in case of injury to multiple RBs for his familiarity of the spread offense. Nothing more. He was not placed on the PS for return capabilities and I don't see that we would consider Holiday for that reason either. We won't be cutting any players for the mere purpose of retaining a return specialist IMO.

Since Ted Ginn (2007) Punt returns for TD's by Miami Dolphins. 1 (one) Kickoff Returns for TD's....1 (one). That's pathetic. We need all the help we can get, I don't think it would hurt.

Holliday is a dynamic return man but he will cough it up. That's probably the main reason that he's not in Denver...

Landry might put the ball on the turf but he's a rookie. Holliday will certainly put the ball on the turf but everyone thinks he's just fine. OK.
