If he turns out to be wrong, who will care? Why not be confident in a respectful way?

Sure, it'll go up on the locker wall in NE, but it's not like NE needs motivating to play well against us - we maybe need motivating to play well against them and this is a little piece of that motivation.

Why not? If it's just a player mouthing off, who cares. if it signals a change in mindset within the team, then great.
