As soon as the trade went through he posted this on twitter:

Kid is legit and has the right attitude.
 
It's all yours JUICE! Can't wait to see him thrive.
 
Right attitude, great hands, not a #1 receiver. His speed and size works against him at times, but I like his attitude and what he brings to the field. Now go get him a #1 receiver to alleviate the pressure he will be getting from Revis.
 
We need to add a big fast receiver (Parker, Strong, DGB) to line-up with our new toys. Young hungry players that aren't headaches for the team & more importantly our QB.
 
Love love love the guy!!! I'm excited to see what this young receiving core can do without that cancer stinking up the locker room! I bet the team is relieved to see Wallaceibeforeteam gone!
 
Parker, Stills, Landry, Matthews, Hazel.. Get it done.
 
Landry's a beast. I'm glad people are jumping on the Parker bandwagon now... it's about time.
 
I love his attitude and his roll. He wants to lead. I DONt like him on special teams though.
 
with Wallace on board Vikes theoretically would be less likely to take Parker.

If we end up with Clay and Parker from this I'll be happy
