Interesting...growing up in the midwest, I never knew this, but right now on Larry King's 50th Anniversary special they said that in the late 60's/early 70's, Larry King was the color guy for the Dolphins. I didn't know that!

Yeah.. Alot of people in Miami can't stand him .. He was an a++hole while he was here.. Hank Goldberg told alot of strories about it.. King treated alot of people like garbage while he was working for the dolphins.. He got fired .

Unless they meant "colored".

But he seems pretty white to me, could be Puerto Rican though...

WIOD gave King further exposure as the color commentator for the Miami Dolphins' broadcasts.

It's not exciting news, I just never knew it. It's hard to think of Larry King upsetting anyone, since all he does is kiss his guests' *****.
