Larry Krueger fired over remarks

He called the Giants "brain-dead Caribbean"s. Nuff said.

I understand that we have to be very politically correct in today's world, but the city of San Francisco is already on edge. Remember the 49ers with their "PR tape"? This city can't take any more of this crap.

And why couldn't the guy have just said that they sucked? Why did he have to bring heritage into it? What I didn't like was that they also fired two non-speaking people who could not have controlled what this moron said.
 
Actually on WFAN (NY radio station) its host Chris "Mad Dog" Russo is a big Giant fan and he's killing Alou over this basically saying yes the guy was wrong with what he said but Alou didn't accept his apology and went on and on over this comments to the point where Mad Dog thinks he's doign this to hide the fact that the Giants have been awful this year and Alou has done a terrible job.

The two guys that were fired was not because of the radio host. They were fired because they put a sound bite of ALou from ESPN Outside the Lines on and made fun of him in a joking comedy type of way.
 
You have to fire the guy if youre the radio station. It may be overreacting but what he said was extremely stupid so I can't really argue with it. It was a racist statement. I think Alou should accept the apology and everyone should move on, he got what he wanted.

How about consideration for other people's feelings? Why didn't this racist prick think about the swill he was spouting instead of using what amounts to a racial slur?

Why? Because he's a racist prick, and he hangs out with other racist pricks who validate and reinforce each others' ignorance. Because he's used to saying it in private, and because of that, it slipped out in public. Because that's what he believes.

I say **** him and his racist ****, and I hope he and everyone who supports him rots in hell.
