it sucks. all this free agency, and having to cut long time players who have become a staple at theyre respective positions... im not for no cap, but i would like to see players actually retire with the team that drafted them.. no one ever stays anywhere...and while it has its atvanadgaes, it sucks more than its good for...

yall feel this? or am i wrong?

So you arnt against the cap... you are against free agency...

Dont be surprised if they get resigned with smaller salaries. If someone surprising gets cut, they could be back. Its just the business of the game.

I know thats true, but why not just restructure?

well, you can restructure, but right now, you have to get under the cap before 10 pm tomorrow. Restructuring takes negotiations, negotiations take time, we dont have time. Madison had to go now, but he may be able to come back.

Teams that are under the cap greatly should do well. The Vikes should make big offseason moves.

Unlike other team sports like the NBA, MLB, & the NHL in the NFL players have to fit into a team's scheme. With all of the coaching changes that happen every year some players just don't work & players have to move on.

Oh yea that makes sense. Thanks for the bite my friend. Man i sure hope this CBA works out

I don't care about ever guy retiring we us....I want to get the most out of the players we have every year and if they're not producing enough then let them go....it is what it is....I'm glad there's a cap...look at baseball and all the problems they have...football is great in part thanks to the cap.

Ozzy rules!!
