My one word would be "unsurprising", because as long as Grier and McDaniel are building and running the team, they will continue to be pretenders instead of contenders. Even when things were going their way, whenever they were put in a position to prove that they should be considered one of the top teams, they proved the opposite.

they matter but every team have injuries but the difference is we keep on bringing in players with injury history ......look at this free agency....we got Daniels who only played in 4 games last year....then we got the safety from Detroit who only played 3 games last year....both good player but yet again, injury history
