Yes my fellows and ladies,

Let us venture back in time to the year 2002, in Preseason, where the Washington Redskins went 4-0 and averaged 37.5 points a game. Everyone in this area (DC Metro Region) toted the Skins as being Super Bowl Contenders. I couldn't believe the hype over Preseason, and you know why?

7-9, No Playoffs

I only write this thread b/c of the insane explosion of "the sky is falling" threads after the Hall of Fame Game.

Hear, hear! Preseason is only glorified practices... Time to work out the kinks. I was very happy with what I saw... It wasn't pretty, but it was needed. You have to give the coaching staff and players things to work on and correct. I bet we have a much cleaner performance tonight... The start of it all is against Denver... Not until then.
