I believe his agent said during the offseason that he was gona sign with us, but he never did. It was reported earlier this season that he signed with the Heat, but it was just a rumor. The last I heard was that the Clippers wants him, but I don't know. I don't really think that he will sign with anybody this season.

He wants more than the 1.1 mil vet min. Not many contenders have anything left of their MLE to offer him and he doesnt want to play for the lousy teams that could afford him.

I also can't believe he isn't playin' this season. He is better then that.
Teams would be stupid to not take a chance on Spree right now. It's obvious he has a ton to prove and brings energy when he's on the floor. I'd take a chance, especially with his legs being well rested for the stretch run!
