Looks like the Pouncey's are trying to get squeezed. Going to be funny to see what happens in the comment section.
 
Did the plaintiffs in this matter even file a police report? Last I heard they had not...which makes this look even more like a money grab.
 
Stuff happens nobody knows what happened lets let the court figure this out. There is enough to bash Pouncey for

I believe they filed a report but after the police investigated they found no evidence of the Pouncey's being involved.

edit: I was wrong, they didn't speak to the police.

Riquan James is telling anyone who will listen that Mike and Maurkice Pouncey pummeled him early Saturday morning.

Anyone, it seems, except the Miami Beach Police Department.

James’ attorney called a news conference Tuesday to announce a lawsuit against the NFL stars, claiming they beat his client up at South Beach’s Cameo nightclub early Saturday.

Miami Beach Police responded to an altercation at the club. But they say they are waiting for

James to come in and give detectives his version of events of the Pouncey brothers’ South Beach birthday party.

“We need them to come forward and speak to investigators,” said Sgt. Bobby Hernandez, a Miami Beach police spokesman. “We’ve been anxiously awaiting that since they made the allegations on Saturday.”

Bad reputation and UF is synonymous...with Tebow being the exception to the rule.

Not required to file a police report for a civil suit, but yea, its an obvious money grab.

I formed my sentence wrong, I vaguely remember those two having a rep as being decent individuals coming out of college into the draft. I could definitely be wrong, but it was never THIS bad...

How come he is not suing the actual people that injured him? Seems like they would get the most bang for their buck if they had more people to sue. I know they will claim the Pouncey's instigated the assault and they hurt his feelings. They will also go after the venue for obvious reasons but why are the assailant's not listed on the lawsuit?

isn't one of the Pouncey's listed as the assailent
 
When he gets counter sued it will not end well for him.

Also, if there was video tape corroborating his story TMZ would have bought it buy now.
