Man this guy is fantastic at coming out in the second half with a great game plan. We have had some ugly first halves, tonight included. But it looks like he's able to make some great adjustments at the half. I don't know the numbers, but it seems like we almost always have a long drive to start the second half. This is something we were majoring lacking with Sherman--the stubborn mule who would never change his approach.

I think we actually had a good first half moving the ball, we just had that bad fumble and red zone issues. But game plan wise we moved the Ball effectively all game long against a dominant dline. I didn't think that was going to be possible honestly.

I love Lazor and fans will soon realize its execution this yr not the play calling when the offense doesn't look good. Can u picture Sherman calling that TD play to Gibson? That was a beautiful call. And he also stayed aggressive after we went up 10. Refreshing to see.

tannehill loves to eat that football doesn't he?

Believe or not, there are little if no adjustments at the half. It's just more game plans from the previous week (and a short one at that). There's very little "magic" or adjustments that happens at halftime, despite what fans think. We just come out and execute.

Regardless, it's a great game plan to start with, so props to Lazor and company for getting the job done.

We had a good gameplan across the board.

We had one drive killed in the RZ by a penalty and another drive killed in the RZ by a fumble.

We only had like three or four first half possessions.

It was a strange first half for sure. Two long drives by both teams and all they had to show for it was a 6-3 Bills lead.

Someone should kidnap Lazor and return him at the beginning of third quarter. I'm starting to wonder though if Philbin puts the handcuffs on his play-calling when we're up late in close games. I just don't understand why he or philbin don't go for the dagger or the kill. Some say conservatives are hurting this country, dolphins players say conservatives are hurting it's offense.

I like that he learned from the lions game and had tannehill with quick passes and slants and drops right off the bat to combat bills pass rush. The draw run plays and misdirections were great to keep balance, as well as keep pressure off too. I wish they started out like that against lions, but it's good to know that he learned and started off a better plan for a bills front four just as ferocious as the lions front 4

It was great seeing that balanced attack in 2nd half. And unlike the Detroit game where we got conservative at the end, it was nice seeing us close it out aggressively.

What Lazor does is demand player get it right. Earlier in the week there was an article that he's "abrasive". Anytime you've been coddled and now your boss is demanding you do your job correctly you're going to think it abrasive. Respond or we'll get someone in who does. It's exactly what Tannehill needed. Someone to point out his issues, give him tools to improve, then demand he improve. Last season I was begging for a QB coach in the mold of Tom Martinez to take time with RT. I'm not sure how close Lazor's style is to Martinez but the result is the key. You can't just send guys out to run lazy routes, throw lazy passes, or make lazy blocks and expect to do well.
