Dolphins OC Bill Lazor said rookie WR DeVante Parker "is getting better every single day."

"I expect nothing but more play, more production, and it’s just going to keep getting better," Lazor said. "The guy really is talented and he’s working hard to catch-up." Parker has seen his snaps increase each of the first three weeks of the season, and he saw seven targets Week 3 against the Bills. Most of those came in the fourth quarter with Miami in catch-up mode, but it is clear Parker will continue to become a bigger part of the offense.

The kid definitely has potential. Now lets see what this coaching staff can get out of him. :rolleyes2:

Too bad you're regressing, Bill.

I'm really warming to the idea of Lazor as interim and bringing in Schwartz as DC at the bye. That's the best we could possibly hope for this year.

thats actually a dope idea with Suh being Familiar to Schwartz

There's a lot of support on this board for Lazor as interim -- myself included. The idea of Schwartz is a good one I think.

Too bad it hasn't already happened.

Not sure Schwartz would want to come into an "interim" situation like that barring some kind of legit commitment by the org.

Whatever we do -- we need to make sure we have total flexibility after the season to slash and burn as necessary.

But for now -- dumping Philbin and Coyle would be 95%+ supported by the fan base -- and warrant continued interest in the team (at least for the short term).

Gotta make the move.

Just do it! And shut UP!

BNF.

They should come out in 11 Personnel: Parker, Matthews, Landry and Cameron with Miller in the backfield.

Those are the most productive/highest reward players right now.

I am certainly not a Parker guy, but he can give you at least what Jennings and Stills are giving right now and obviously he is a rookie.

I don't want Lazor permanently (past this season) either but I will make concessions if Philbin and Coyle are gone

Schwartz really came off as fiery but incompetent as Detroit's head coach.

It's one thing for a player to run through a brick wall for a coach, but soon a player will ask "why am I running through a brick wall when there's a door 6 feet over?"

Why do you guys think Schwartz failed as Detroit's coach?

I'm not being rhetorical. I literally am asking. I don't know that much about that situation. It seemed like Suh was really a rabid dog under Schwartz, too.

I really wonder if Philbin is holding Lazor back ... but yeah, bring on Schwartz
