I checked all of the twitter feeds and there was definitely no mention of him practicing/rehabbing so as far as playing in two weeks I would probably think the same...but who knows how Moreno will be doing. Two weeks is a lot of time to heal. Having those two in the backfield with Wallace, Hartline and Landry out wide could provide some significant matchup problems for the opposing D.
What I can't wait to see is how Lazor uses the read option vs Green Bay. They have been notoriously bad at defending it so I have no doubt Lazor made sure they saw that wrinkle is definitely in the playbook. He has got to have something up his sleeve just to take advantage of their inability to stop it.
