Don't let anyone tell you that this team isn't full of leaders. This team is packed with them. Don't let narratives steer you away from the truth (see Jarvis' comments). These guys have, and are, putting in the work. They are doing what it takes to get better and they are helping to lift each other up. Good stuff in these 2 videos.

Minkah will be the Zach Thomas of the D before the season's over. I'm looking for RT17, Stills, Gore and Amendola to assume the leadership roles for the offense. And who, aside from obviously the team itself, knew that Landry was such a beyotch ???

Hopefully it's not a too many Chiefs not enough Indians situation.

It sounds more like a cadre of guys in the same position helping each other, kind of like a fire team or squad in the military where you work with the others in your group, not against them.

As a person who was in the Air Force until some months ago, theres definitely situations where too many people are trying to lead which is harmful to the mission because there is no clear plan of action. You basically get 3 plans from 3 different people and you're left lost as to who the hell you should listen to.

That would be ideal - the best teams have that type of dynamic. A lot of these guys have been around and know what success looks like so hoping they will rub off on others.

Marines didn't have that problem. Less talk, more action.
