Dolphins promote ex-Gator DT Leon Orr from p-squad. Spent training camp with Raiders.

Maybe somebody's hurt? Our run defense has been horrible down the middle even with Suh in there.

Ozzy rules!!

What happened to Warmsley and Chris Jones?

Its like these 2 fell off the face of the earth. All that promise of Warmsley in preseason not even sure how many snaps he has gotten.

Well looks like he had 2 tackels the first three games and 1 each the last two games.

I've not noticed him at all. I see Chris Jones out there a lot though.

This is why having an egomaniac like Tannenbaum in charge of your team is such a horrible idea. He picked Phillips and his ego tells him that Phillips is going to be a stud and the D-line, along with the high priced, big splash free agent he signed in Suh, doesn't need to be addressed. Clearly ignoring the 29th ranked run defense we had last year.

Note to Tannenbaum...start building your defenses to play from a deficit. Even though the Dolphins had a 24-13 lead on Cleveland, at home, and still had to go into overtime. How many sacks did the defense that was built to play with a lead have when the Dolphins were up by 11? Zero, none, nada. Not only did the defense not have a sack up they gave up a TD right after Miami took the 24-13 lead and gave up a 2-point conversion to make it 24-21.

Built to play with a lead...that's a joke.

Teams have 5 O-Linemen to our 4 D-Linemen. That allows them to double Suh and still have enough guys. The problem with stopping the run is less on the D-Line and more on the LBers. The MLB is supposed to fill the holes when the run up the middle, but Alonzo isn't a true MLB.

I'd like to see less of branch and Williams. Wish this guy was a DE.

Raiders fan seems to miss the guy, he has good talent but lets see if he plays.

I'm curious about the number of total snaps Warmsley has gotten. I mean how does Jones get snaps despite not even making the original 53 and JW did.....Incompetent coaches

Warmsley is more of an inside pass rusher. He's not really big enough to help in the run game. That would be my guess.

Edit: Warmsley has 52 run snaps and 33 pass snaps...85 total snaps. Jones has 78 total snaps.

I just have memories of him making tackles for loss and he sort of seems to make things happen when he's on the field. Williams has 5 tackles, Warmsley has 4 and I'm sure the snap count differential is significant. Our defense is starving for play makers right now
