1. Tannehill took a huge step towards becoming a franchise QB (after sucking weeks 2 and 3)

2. Team needs veteran leaders (Game 1 was memorable as Moreno smoked the Patriots and took the team on his shoulders) - losing Albert in the Detroit game was devastating.

3. We lost 2 linebackers in Game 1 and Jenkins emerged.

4. Finnegan is slow and is done.

5. Must find a position for Jordan

6. Delmas was good while it lasted

7. Jones had a nice season

8. As for Wheeler, its almost cheaper to keep her (or equally expensive to dump)

9. Starks was a non-factor

10. We rarely pressured the QB.

11. Blitzing was rare and not disguised

12. McCain flashed a little but not much

13. Colledge and Thomas are garbage.

14. We are a very young team dealing with an impatient older owner. I say build through the draft.

15. Albert was a good pick up

16. Wallace had a nice season until he imploded today.

17. Miller has improved this year and we need another back-up.

We are 2 years away from contending. We gave up 3 sacks per game on average. We did not record enough sacks and were gashed in the running game. I believe we will learn from the struggles this year. I would fire Coyle but Philbin will not.

Finnegan was ok until the injury. But yes, we need a young player to step up at that position.
