As much as I defended Philbin and said he doesn't deserve to get fired, well that's it I want him gone if this game is lost
 
Joe is a terrible leader. He does not give an intellectual advantage. Not sure what makes him so important to keep.
 
Undisciplined play, stupid penalties, poor preparation. This could get ugly.
 
This game was the test for me. I didn't think he should go because of anything to do with Martin/Incognito, but I wanted to see how the coaches would handle the distraction for this game. Obviously, he can't hack it. I like him; he seems like a good person, but we need more.

This was exactly how I thought going into this game.

It says a lot about how bad things had gotten under Sparano that I thought Philbin was a good, even very good, coach last year.

The shine has come off quickly. Not seeing any signs of an offensive genius, that's for sure. How any NFL team can have this issue with the snap count is beyond me.
 
I don't like how a coach comes in then feels he needs to give jobs to all his friends instead of trying to bring in top talent if anything that will be his downfall..
 
Mike Wallace is garbage! He disappoints me week in and week out. Should of kept the money and draft picks. Should have drafted Patterson and selected o line with our 2 seconds. Ross needs to fire JI! WTF
 
I don't think the friends comment is fair or accurate.

First, you hire people you trust. But coyle wasn't one of his guys.

Second, the way I remember it our hire was late. The game of musical chairs for coaches was almost done.
