So Cam Wake is still limited and as such has had his snap count reduced, and yet Dion Jordan is still only playing ~15 snaps? Is Coyle really that clueless that he's keeping Jordan on the bench for a mediocre Shelby? Seems to me Jordan has looked pretty damn good when on the field.

In terms of need, is this perhaps the most wasted 3rd overall pick ever?????
 
I like OV, but he and Shelby get crucial snaps with Jordan and Wake on the side. Questionable.
 
Say what you want but Vernon is deserving of 1st and 2nd down. Dude is way more stout against the run than Jordan.
 
From what I understand Jordan got plowed in the run game Sunday. Wake's injury is killing us, it's turned a strength into a weakness and I hope to god Cam trying to push through this, as he has, hasn't prolonged it. We need him at 100% ASAP, way too much Derrick Shelby. The pass rush hasn't been at full strength since week 2 vs Indy and it shows. I feel like our ends are getting no pressure and it's all coming from the interior/blitzes right now. If Wake needed more rest, he should have taken it.
 
We've lost four straight games. Get Jordan on the field.
 
I've been waiting for someone to mention this, I kept forgetting about it. But yeah. I understand Vernon being in there, he's been decent this year. But if Wake is ineffective please let the #3 overall pick play instead of freaking Derrick Shelby for gods sake. I mean Shelby isnt awful for a back up but he should not be getting this many snaps
 
Cam Wake is probably looking at a surgical procedure when he calls it quits for this season. He has been a ghost on the field and he is a game changer when healthy.
 
I also want more playing time for Jordan but when he replaced OV late in the game they ran right at him like they did JT his first few years at DE.He must improve his run stopping skills if we are to start him at DE.
He did well in coverage on Gonk so at least they are thinking outside the box with him.

Wake does seem a shell of himself. That REALLY hurts.

Hell play Jordan whether he deserves it or not. We drafted him so of course he will be awesome.
Im pretty sure there is a reason he is not playing more

Jordan got completely obliterated Sunday when he was put in at the end of the game.
