Miami is poised to dominate this year. I expect that the Finz will not be blown out in any game this year. They will be competitive in every game...and may pull off a few blow-outs of their own. Our offense is solid and our defense may well be the premiere defense in the league this year. Time will tell on that!

Is there a weakness on our team? I don't see one. Add to all of the above the as yet unknown Wildcat schemes Miami will unleash on opponents and you have all the makings of one of the most exciting years in Miami Dolphins football history about to unfold!

Geez...I can't wait to pluck the Falcons!!!
 
Well, I hate to crap on your parade, but I see a lot of problems with our offense. We hardly score points.. our defense can only keep us in a game for so long. Our defense definitely is looking scary though.
 
There are some holes in the defense as well though. Defending the run and tackling hasn't exactly been a strong point this preseason. Over pursuit and just flying after the QB on every play I think can be attributed to the bad run D and it won't be like that in the regular season, but the tackling i don't know. There are some other things that concern me about the D as well but their pass rush might make up for it as I think the pass rush is going to be down right dominant. Special Teams is definately a WEAKNESS on this team though.

Ah, yeah. The special teams. I wonder why special teams seems to be a HUGE problem for us every single year. It's really annoying to have to hold my breath everytime we kick or punt the ball.

Based on this Preseason, I consider the 09 Fins a "Russian Roulette" kind of team. From a roster and coaching standpoint, we're prepared to successfully dodge some bullets, maybe a lot of them.. but each week, we'll remain vulnerable to a real, lingering and lethal threat of catastrophe.

I sincerely hope that you're right my friend. The picture will be a lot clearer next Sunday.
 
if receivers hang onto the ball the offense will do fine if the o-line stays healthy. on defense it looks setup to be a high-risk, high-reward type rather than a bend not break.
