Practice Squad
Our defense today was absolutely terrible. We haven't played that badly since the Pats game to kick off last season. They were flatout embarrassed. As was our OL. Jake Long was as bad as i've ever seen him play. We didn't run the ball well and gave up somewhere close to 500 total yards.
Yet somehow we only lost by 3 points. We had absolutely no business to be in that game today and were until the end. We've got three very winnable games coming up against QBs that are nowhere near to Luck's calibre. 7-4 would not be a bad mark to go into the final 5 games.
We lost. And we lost badly today. But we somehow only lost by 3 points. Losing sucks but i have more confidence in this franchise and the direction it's heading than i have in a long time.
