I really believe we have a great trio put together with Cam, Capers and Mueller. And this Tennessee thing is ticking me off. So I sent an email to dolphins@miamidolphins.com as follows:

Dear Wayne,

I love our Miami Dolphins and appreciate what a great owner you are. Your moves post-Saban have been very smart and should bode well for our team's future. You said money would be no object, so I am begging you to please sit down with Randy Mueller quickly and 1. extend his contract, 2. give him a contract that keeps him here long term, 3. make him have full authority over the head coach in his contract, and finally: 4. pay him what it takes to keep him from leaving for Tennessee.

You have a superb team of coaches and staff assembled, your fans are enthused about the future, now PLEASE secure that final piece of the puzzle and wrap up Randy Mueller for a long time. The guy was named GM of the year just a few years ago, which you already know. Cam was a great hire, and securing Capers was pure genius, now secure the final leg of what should be a successful triad of leadership, so we fans can really feel confident about our team's future.

Thank you for your time in reading this, and GO DOLPHINS!

I hope a few others on here feel the same way and encourage you to email Wayne with your thoughts.

You're right, and in retrospect I would prefer it your way. My thought was just don't give the HC total authority like Saban had.

I would also agree with you about Garrett, we need to promote him and keep him from leaving for the Cowboys.

amen i'm with ya........ Randy's our Guy right now and im excited to see what he can do for us come April.

Randy Mueller is average... Why does everyone care if he leaves or stays?

I don't think WH is a great owner. So I won't lie to him to get a point across.
