I think Cowher is the best choice, but I'm not in favor of giving the Steelers our first round pick. We'll see what happens, but there's no doubt that Cowher would be an excellent choice to replace Saban. Nick who???....

Instead of a draft pick, is there any possibility they will just take money?
 
Who knows how long Cowher will stick around... That man has nothing else to accomplish. Although, I can see him being our new Shula. Shula went to us from the Colts, maybe Cowher can go to us from the Steelers. If we take him there can't be any "we talked him into it" BS. He's got to want to coach.
 
Don't worry, Cowher will be ready to un-retire by the time our next coach bombs.
 
Although I think Mike Molassess Mularkey will be gone, pairing up Cowher with Dom Capers is just plain scary! I love Cowher's attitude and if we could get him, a coach who has won a Super Bowl, and has proven year in and year out he can coach, why not go for him? He loves to run the football and we have Ronnie Brown, and hopefully still Ricky Williams.
