Man, I've never been as big of a Lions fan as I am tonight. This win could cap of a weekend of extremely fortunate events on our road to playoffs. Cincy loses, NE loses to us, and now we just need Balt to lose.

So whatever lucky superstition you rocked yesterday...lets do it again tonight!

Here is the injury report:

It can go either way... Stafford is so inconsistent, their defense equally inconsistent.... I've watched a lot of Lions games to check how Reggie's doing and I can honestly say without Calvin Johnson that team would have struggled to win 3 games..

We don't need Baltimore to lose to make playoffs. We simply win our last 2 and we are in no matter what Baltimore does.

Jets are eliminated if Baltimore wins and Patriots are denied a playoff spot for at least another week.

Rooting for Detroit is actually helping NE and Jets.

Any NFC team beating an AFC team in the playoff hunt is good for us now.

Megatron could go off tonight...

Matt Elam on Calvin Johnson
"He's pretty old, so I don't know how physical he'll be," Elam said, per David Ginsburg of the Associated Press. "He's a big guy, but he's older. I guess when they get older they're not going to be as physical, you know what I'm saying? We're going to have to be physical, make him uncomfortable."

Ya, Matt Elam is just an idiot for saying that.

What if we don't win out? We're already ahead of the Jets and we can't do a thing about the Patriots.

We need the Lions to beat the Ravens tonight.

The good thing is we don't have to worry about controlling our own destiny tonight. If we win the last two games we're going to have a playoff game no matter what happens tonight.

But if Detroit beats Baltimore we'll have a chance of clinching a playoff spot next week. That's why I'm rooting for the Lions tonight.

dont forget, if ravens lose tonight and against pats, fins can get in despite having 1 loss

If we lose either of our last 2 games the win ysterday would mean nothing. We need to finish this with 2 more wins. Our defense almost blew the last 2 games. Right now I don't trust them to hold a lead. You keep doing this and sooner or later it'll bite you in the bott.

Ozzy rules!!

Here is why I am pulling for Detroit tonight. I would rather see Cincinnati win that division, because let's say we go up there as the sixth seed in the first round. That is an extraordinarily winnable game. I would rather go to Cincinnati then to Baltimore. Joe Flacco miraculously becomes Joe Montana come playoff time.

Bingo....we have a winner :-)

Yup....sad but true :-(

Big game for both teams tonight. Lions lose they go from 1st to 3rd in their division and they can kiss the playoffs goodbye. Ravens need to stay alive to not only keep the playoffs alive but the division thanks to the Bengals losing to the Steelers.

This should be a playoff type game tonight.

Yesterday was sooo good for me I almost find a Lions win tonight too much to believe. The Fins beat the Patriots in a game where they beat Brady and Belechick in a game both teams needed for the first time, I made 2 fantasy super bowls and clinched money spots in both leagues (thanks Jamaal Charles) and the Steelers won last night. A lions win would be icing on the cake.
