bring back zach.
what are your thoughts hes not going to play much more,
so lets try and get him to come back as a coach.
would you do it, would he do it, love to see him down on the sideline.

at the very least i want to sign him for a day contract so IF he does get in the hall, he goes in as miami

Have you considered he may not want to coach?

Now don't go raining on our alternate reality parade. It's a great idea and if it gains enough traction, we just won't give Zach the choice!!

This is like the old "Bring Marino in to be QB Coach." Just because a player is good, doesn't mean he will make a good coach. Most good coaches were borderline NFL players.

Big difference between ZT and DM. Dan was a freak of nature. ZT was extrememly cerebral and never overly gifted physically. I think he'd make a super coach.

You can't coach instinct, and i believe that is why ZT flourished. I am not so sure he would be a good coach. Ok, now everyone bludgeon me to death. I just don't feel that his intangibles are teachable (makes sense right? haha) and heck, like people said above, maybe he just doesn't want to anyways.

i agree totally

dan was naturally gifted, zach got every ounce of talent out that he could muster.

zach i belv would be superb coach and future def co-ord

2 reasons

1 he was a superb mlb who made the most and more out of what he had

2 he was always know for being film buff and his awareness of reading the game

and finally we shld never have let him go, i know that if he had been playing here this yr y bell wld not have been leading tackler

He could end up being a great assistant coach someday. Maybe a LB coach or even DC. He is a true football player with an amazing football mind. I cant think of a better tutor for young LB's than him. I think we should bring him back for a 1 year contract and let him be a back-up to whoever we bring in to replace the soon to be gone Crowder. I really doubt he still wants to play in Dallas after all the BS they are doing. I dont think Zach likes all that primadonna crap.
