Time to move on. If Saybone wants to go so be it. I think Huizenga deserves a lot of respect for how he handled this complete screw up by Saybone and he seemed very determined this morning to put a winning team on the field.
What more can we ask for at this point?

Saybone left us with an unsettled QB situation, a huge number of unsigned players and an offense that is pathetic. :fire: Thanks for the memories Saybone, now I'm moving on.

I think it is time for a complete overhaul. I'm tired of hearing about all the talent on this team and then nothing. We need some real, not Saybone, toughness and it all starts on the lines on both sides of the ball.

My dream is a strong GM over players.

A Offensive Coach like Cam Cameron

Keep Dom Capers as Def. Coordinator.

i agree, we need an offensive mind at Head Coach and leave capers as our DC. I think that would put us in a great situation.

Bates,Cam,Martz who do we pick AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH lol

I like your picks but they aren't practicle. I would think that if we don't give Capers the head coaching position and give it to someone else he is gone. That just kinda goes without saying. I still like Cameron though.

I think Bates would be a good choice. Martz probably not unless Capers stays. Otherwise we're looking at Stoops.

Being that 1/3 of the leagues head coaches will turn over this year, again, maybe we should be looking at someone younger

If Wayne pays Capers enough he seems to like it in Miami. He'd be the head coach of the Def. and build continuity on that side of the ball.

I like that Mueller always wants to draft at least one QB every year. He treats them like a future investment that can be traded later on for more picks.
