Pearce worries me a little bit.

There is some question about how motivated he is and whether he will work hard enough to get the most out of his talent.

Green is a gamer but there are off the field concerns with him.

I would not argue all that hard in a Green vs Pearce debate as the upside with Pearce is obvious and if a DL coach can unlock his work ethic you have a stud edge rusher for sure.

Green seems safe, at least on the field.
