My bet would be Jeff Zgonina.

LB Seau-2.575

DT Zgoniga-.77 (think would have been gone last year if Vickerson didn't get hurt)
LB Moore-.152 (virtually no cap savings, but will look elsewhere for a special teams/backup LB that can stay healthy)
Restructure or cut:
LT McIntosh-4.325 (no better free agent availabe and need to get back, but for less money)
QB Frerotte-4.43 (needs to play for less, a lot less if we get Brees)
CB Madison-1.92 (would not like this, but think Saban could do it if Sam won't restructure)

Even though Junior is a popular player, I say he's first to go. I hope Howard is gone as well. However, even Howard beats a blank. We've got to have someone to replace him with. And don't bring up anyone from the practice squad-there was a reason why they weren't active. I'm hoping Poole comes back fully recovered and that Sam will restructure his contract, but we'll see how it all shakes out. Right now we're thin at DB so I just don't think Saban is going to be real quick to cut those guys without someone else in mind. I also do not believe McIntosh is going to be cut real quick, either. Out of the O-line IMO MacDougle will be cut first (unless his was a one year contract?) Followed by Gus if he doesn't restructure his contract.
