We don't have a chance against the likes of the Titans or Vikings. They would bury us... we CANNOT score. The "D" gets burned for an 82yd OT pass... Our O-LINE sucks. Hopefully Huizinga can get Stoops interested, and jettison most if not all of our UNDERACHIEVING staff and players.

In ways, we don't need to rebuild, just remold the team, get more aggersive(ex: player makes a dumb move like maybe 2personal fouls in a game, grab his *** up and rip it to him). We do need to improve on offense, and the offense line badly. But given that we went out and got Griese, Junior, and Knight, plus already having Williams, Surtain, Madison, do we really have the money to do it in a reasonable time?

Yup. He doesn't make excuses for his players week in and out. Or try to explain away bs playcalling.
Hopefully there will be something to salvage. A taskmaster could probably do something with what we got. We never had penalties like this when Don was coach.

You make a very good point DOLPHAN1, but also, don't we have some VETS on our team that have gone thru the struggles/heartache/& emotions of Ws and Ls in important games? They can step up and let their voice be heard on what is wrong with certain areas of the team.

Defensive players such as Zach, Junior, Taylor, Madison, Surtain, Knight can talk to Jay and let him know what the defense looks for when a QB is going to throw, let Ricky know what defense is thinking/doing when the ball is about to ran.

they can talk all they want and i have seen JR talking to fiedler on the sideline. but the bottom line is this team does not have the direction from above or the character defined by the coach. how many times have you heard wanne say the sole objective is to win the division. any good teams focus is to win the SB. winning the division should be the first step in that goal.

this team is TOO conservative. it has the ability to be more daring than it is but that is not in the makeup of the coach/coaching staff.

Can't score? Our redzone % is actually pretty good and our redzone defense is pretty good as well. Maybe some people should jump the Vikings bandwagon if they want to see 85 points scored a game. Daarn Sportscenter.
