What would you tell your defense?
And dont say, "Dont play stupid"

I mean specifically.

Also, what would you do in practice to fix that?

Im curious, thats all.
 
For one I make sure these bums are out of their bed at 6 in the morning to hit the field at 7 for a crap load of running. Maybe next week they'll learn to pay attention to details.
 
No offense but its Saban, and I expect to see some players hit the bench! Thats the quickest way to send a message that stupid mistakes arent going to be tolerated. You find the worst mistake and BENCH HIS MILLIONAIRE BACKSIDE!!! Then you run them to DEATH!!!
 
first i'd say to myself "i thought my last name was spelled "Saban"" ;)

then you get on them in practice, forcing laps and pushups and god-knows-what else for making dumb mistakes. get some NFL officials there to oversee everything, and some of those assistant coaches can be designated as "yell guys" so they can get in the players' faces when they mess up (just don't get too hard on Wright). basically it needs to be stated that penalties are COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and will NOT be tolerated

6:00 you say, put a shock collar around their neacks so they wont sleep at all , and then make them run.
 
Way to come out and play in the 2nd half...Lets get this out of our heads and move on to next week and focus on taking on the Bucs

Ill buy the shock collar, but I think we should REALLY SEND A MESSAGE and put that shock collar elsewhere!!! :lol:
 
i started a thread earlier suggesting benching players who continuosly make the same mental errors. sit em down im tired of watching that. we are not playing close to our potential. i can take losing with a unified disciplined team, but i dont want to watch anymore garbage like this
