Now, Ill be the first to tell you that Im not happy about the Marshall trade either, I have 3 of his jerseys.... anyway, I like everyone else has to move on... so lets take a look at Laurent Robinson, his possible replacement here.....

Robinson is fast and actually catches the ball, so maybe a better ginn? here are his stats from last year

thats not too bad, if he had the same amount of receptions as marshall, he would have had around the same amount of yards, but the 11 touchdowns catches my eye, he caught the ball at the critical times in the end zone...

here is a highlight video, maybe it'll make you guys feel better, maybe not...either way we have to move on and embrace whoever comes here because thats all we got

Welcome to Dolphin Fandom. Forever expecting another team's 3rd Stringer to become a breakout star in Miami.

Never happens.

He was the #3 WR there and the 4th option (Witten) not counting injured games for Miles and Dez.

Tell me how he will be with the top corner on teams covering him.

Well you don't become a number 1 receiver without earning it, stats like that tells me he might have something good ready to break out... marshall was not drafted as the number 1 guy on the broncos, he earned it

You're right....but BM did it with and without a solid QB. Going to be a lot tougher to earn here.

Oh I agree, it'll be harder but if we don't give it a shot and he goes somewhere else, we'll just be saying the same ole "woulda coulda shoulda"

He is a #2 at best, but we will be paying him as a #1 if he comes here.

I have too many other players we missed out on to say shoulda woulda coulda about Laurent.

You need to fix those stats. Right now you have him making 14recs. for 4yds. and the longest pass was for 858yds.:ponder:

He did have 21 catches for 302 yards and 5 TD's in his 4 starts. I'm sure he wasn't matched up with other teams #1 CB often but he still produced when he was called on to start

that sounds like potential to me, could be a good acquisition if it gets done
