there will be a ilb, olb, nt, cb, fs, ss. that will fall to us with #25 pick.
what ever happens in the f/a, and who ever we get, if any?
one of the above will still be there. {i mean 1 of the better ones.}
love to pick nt at #25.

lets not talk about c/g/t/ just defence ,

Raji - top 20
Moore - Very possible with Mays in the draft, but now he is IMO top 20
Maulauga - Top 20
Laurantitis - Probably Available, but not a 3-4 guy IMO . . . better as a 4-3 MLB

The defensive guys that should be available:

1. Clint Sintim - OLB - Perfect Fit . . . could be gone
2. DJ Moore - CB - Should be best CB prospect Available . . . could be gone
3. Alphonso Smith - CB (small but extremely talented)
4. Brian Cushing - OLB (not that big of a fan, but he probably is an option)
5. Tyson Jackson - DE (more likely a prospect in round 2 if he fell, don't know if we take him in round 1, tho it wouldn't be a reach either)
6. Lou Delmas - FS (he is shooting up the boards, I wouldn't take him in round 1, but definitely in round 2)
7. Macho Harris - CB (Don't really like Macho for us, but he is another guy . . I think he is a 2nd rounder)
8. Michael Johnson - OLB/DE (I can't get a good read on him, I don't like him because he didn't make plays in college, he was very hyped but production was blah . . I have seen him top 10 I have seen him mocked 2nd round . . . Calais Campbell comes to mind when I see Johnson . . . highly rated before the season, but could fall due to lack of production)

Those are 8 guys to watch for so far . . . there are more, but that is a start.

but if one would slip down to #25 who would you pick

After watching 2 active NT's with Hampton and Ngata yesterday . . . I would have to say Raji. He is a very active NT, more than a plugger . . . and we need a NT.

Next would be William Moore, he should be a great FS in the NFL and god knows we could use a good FS. It looks like we whiffed on Jason Allen, scary to draft one early like that again.

I think that for an OLB to be drafted in round, he will really have to wow the Fins. Especially now with the signing of Wake. We signed lots of linebackers last year, I think they will draft at least one, but probably not with #25.
I think it is going to be O-Line, unless Raji falls, which I don't think he makes it past #15. We had the most injury problems at guard, that would make sense. Duke Robinson from Oklahoma. You can put him on the left side, and now have to Monsters on the left for the next 10 years. Then you have Smiley (if healthy), which is his natural position, and Donald Thomas (if healty) battling it out for the start at RG. It provides more depth in the position that may have given them the most problem. I would not be shocked to see the Fins first 3 picks go O-Line & D-Line.

This year, I would expect us to keep every option on the table. NE will make a good selection 2 spots ahead of us, I don't want it to be our #1 target. I think it will come down to Clint Sintim / Duke Robinson / Alex Mack / DJ Moore.

I am on the Draft Alex Mack and make R and R come alive bandwagon.

I also like Alex Mack. I don't think Raji will still be around but that would be my #2 option,,,,I also like Boston College's Brace if he is around with our second #2 pick.....it just depends who drops to us, but there should be plenty of guys we can take who can start right away. Same thing in the 2nd round....lots of talent this year.

i say we get the best playmaking fs or cb on the board we are missing playmakers back there
