I'm curious where you think contract demands for these three free agents will end up?

Assume Miller finishes with a similar stat line to last year. ~1000 yards, between 4-5 ypc.
Assume 6-8 sacks for OV.
Assume roughly 65/1000/8td for Matthews.

Given those approximate stats, how much do you see each player costing?

2-3 per for Miller
4-5 per for Matthews
5-6 per for OV

At this point I'm hoping home town discount for Miller, pay Mathews, let Vernon walk

It's hard for me to imagine what kind of market there would really be for Miller since the RB market is so little valued unless you are a first round caliber talent. Miller may not have a huge market just because he's not a big back and may not fit in a ton of systems.

I'd be fine with re-signing Matthews but there's a ton of football left and that one will play out all season.

All of them are 24-26 yrs old and not even in their prime.. Pay them and keep building the team.

Vernon does not deserve a big contract.

Pay Matthews and Miller 4M per year.

Lamar Miller: Keep him if we can.

Rishard Matthews: I like him, but he's probably going to be too expensive, considering we have cheaper options. Our starting WRs next year will likely be Kenny Stills, DeVante Parker, Jarvis Landry (slot). Even if we sign Rishard Matthews, there's no guarantee that he'd be a starter next year.

Olivier Vernon: Let him walk. I think he's wildly overvalued by the NFL pundits. When you look at how they get their sacks, Cam Wake often flat out beats the guy in front of him (sometimes even beating double teams). With Olivier Vernon, he rarely flat out beats a guy for a sack. Most of his sacks are coverage sacks (pocket collapses), or QB gets flushed out into his arms, or it's a blown blocking assignment and OV goes in unblocked.

I would try my best to work out a reasonable deal with Lamar Miller, same with Rishard Matthews although I would totally understand why he'd leave for a big payday.

Olivier Vernon should be offered $500 in iTunes gift cards

Pay Matthews and Miller 4M per year.

Someone is going to pay Matthews a ton of dough

Some really low projections on here.

Lamar Miller: Something around the 4/16M that the Saints gave Mark Ingram.

Olivier Vernon: 5/45M like Jerry Hughes. That'd be his ceiling. Something between $8M-$9M AAV.

Rishard Matthews: 4/24M with numbers like that. But it is only one year, so he'd be lucky to get more than that.

If I'm calling the shots, for those prices only Matthews is back. Additionally these #'s aren't considering the depth in FA at each position, haven't looked at that stuff yet.

Miller may be the only one back if hes reasonable. I could see all 3 moving on. Sad but true. Its business.

Franchise Miller if we cant get a deal done.

Sign Matthews & Cut Jennings

Vernon is meh i want to see what Fede can do this year before deciding on him

Wouldnt even offer vernon a contract, he wants big money and I wouldnt pay him it

Franchise Miller! That can only be sarcasm
