I know this has been posted before but i need to vent. Many sites have us taking alan branch or Okoye. NOOO FOOLS, seriously we need OL we have enough Depth at DT to make that less of a priority. We need Brown for R.Brown and Williams(maybe?) to have some room to run. So, im pleading to CaMueller..and all of their assistants. TAKE LEVI BROWN....
 
Those sites either think Levi Brown to be a reach at #9 or think our D-Line needs some infusion of youth.

I wouldn't get too worked up about it especially after it was reported that the Dolphins are not too high on Levi Brown.
 
Not at #9 as a LT. Maybe a guard or a RT in a later round.:tongue:

Many mocks have Levi Brown going ahead of #9. If he's available I think the Phins might draft him. I'm not buying the whole "The Phins aren't high on him" hype. If he's not around at #9 I think Staley is the pick. If neither is around then Quinn or Stanton is likely available. In that case I would take the QB and select Barbre in the 4th. QB and LT are the priority in this draft and we have to ensure we get one quality LT (Brown, Staley or Barbre) and one quality QB (Russell, Quinn, Stanton, Edwards or Smith). Check out my mock below based on who I believe will still actually be available when we select.

I much rather address OL with Brown then DL... for sure...

if we dont trade down... then i think we grab Brown... solve our LT position for the next 10 years...

id also support a pick of Leon Hall...


People like Staley... but he could be gone late first round or early second round..before we pick... so we cant really count on him being there...

we need to solve our OL... hopefully thats the pick....

I agree. Barbre is also a guy we could pickup later if we miss on both Brown and Staley. The guy is a stud and might actually end up a better LT than either one of them.
 
I believe that we'll take a guard or a center before we take a LT and I really doubt that we'll go o-line at all in round 1, specially at 9.....If Branch is there he could be the pick but if Ginn is healthy and can run before the draft then he'll be our pick imo.At 40 we'd hope for Stanton to be there and at 60 we could take Kalil or Blaylock if one of then is there...a corner is also posible in round 2.

.. Just wondering who is gonna be our LT... why would be pass on the #2 LT in the draft when this is a pressing need. Whens the last time the Dolphins had someone fixed in the LT position... how many times have we tried to patched that side...

Are you saying we go with Alabi as the starter???


I 'd love for us to grab a Kalil if he is isnt picked up before our 2a pick..... and /or a corner whichever is rated higher for the coaches...
 
The great thing about this draft: There are so many needs that we almost can't mess up our first pick! Ha ha.
