Is he our next undiscovered DIAMOND? The guy is bigger and Faster than Ronnie and Ricky, he seems to really run DOWN HILL when he runs the Ball. I have a real good Feeling about him. Can you imagine wearing Defenses down with Ronnie and Ricky, then feeding that MONSTER the ball against already wore out Defenses. Woot Woot.

He's got potential, but for now his role is on ST. He might be able to fill a Ronnie/Ricky role in the future.

I think having two backs like Ronnie and Ricky is enough to wear defenses down and keep the backs fresh. Having a change-of-pace jack-of-all-trades type guy like Cobbs is more important than having a third power back. I hope Sheets pans out and can do half of what Cobbs does on ST and Wildcat - that is a huge and undervalued role.

Cobbs was a tremdous asset, he could run, block, catch and tackle.

Cobbs is a huge loss. As much as I like Hilliard as a runner I don't know how good he is at catching balls out of the backfield or how good his blocking is. I guess we will find out.

The coaches will have some time to think about it, but Lex makes perfect sense as one of our wildcat packages. We've all seen his breakaway potential in preseason, and he would look nice coming around the end. We need a replacement for Cobbs in some of those packages, and while I expect White to be a part of that, Hilliard is the logical replacement.

I like the guy but he's not as fast as Ronnie and Ricky:aww:.

give'em time, after next season when Ricky is expected to retire Hilliard will fill the void beautifully, Ronnie and Lex will be no different from Ronnie and Ricky, Tough to see Cobbs go, but Kory Sheats is a great replacement, we definately got the best stable of RBs in the NFL, 3 Power backs, 2 of them with great speed, and 2 change of pace guys, and an offence that is suited perfectly for them, the NFL is a pass first league, The Miami Dolphins are a Run First team, they are built that way on offense and Defense, this is what gives them great potential to be a dominant team now and for years to come
