thoughts anyone???

i think Randy will go to his bread-and-butter and look to take down Chuck and control him on the mat... Chuck has a great sprawl though. Randy has played the standup game twice now with Liddell and it burned him the second time. so im sure he wont do the same thing this time out.
 
39.95 is too much for UFC PPV's.

I saw that price and was like WOW, thats more than WWE PPV's!

The price is a little heavy and I think the Ice Man is going to lose to Coutore because he will get taken down and Coutore will take over.
 
As much as I love Randy, Liddell will almost surely win this fight, its as close to a sure thing as you can find. I cant order PPV tonight, so unfortunately Ill have to DL it on the web...SSHHH

you nailed it, Liddell wins, by TKO, 1 minute into round number 2. round one was fairly uneventful, though Liddell landed a few good shots and may have broken Randy's nose. Couture took him down toward the end of the round, Liddell defended it well on the fence, the round ended that way, to no real advantage. Round was Chucks if it had gone to the scorecards...

round two was Chuck circling, Randy pressing him but unable to get inside to take a shot really. they traded punches. Randy went to either shoot or plant to throw a punch and slipped, and Chuck caught him on the right eye and sent him down, and landed about 5 quick shots from a standing position to get the ref stoppage.

also on the card, former heavyweight champ Frank Mir was beaten by a lanky Brazilian jui jitsu specialist with a spare tire around his gut. after a cut over his eye. they stopped it eventually because Mir couldnt defend himself. Mir did not look good and his leg, injured badly in a car versus motorcycle accident a couple years ago gave out on him at one point. he was not ready to return...
