Lindy's Pro Football Draft magazine

Has just hit the shelves at the bookstores. Here is who they have us taking with our first three picks:

1. Larry English, OLB, Northern Illinois
2a. Darius Butler, CB, UConn
2b. Robiskie, WR, Ohio State

I'm ok with these guys but I think we can do better. The magazine is really good giving the top players at every position, including some likely free agents who won't be drafted.

English is just too slow to be effective as a LB. Conor Barwin will be the pick. Excellent coverage and ball skills as well as a ton of raw talent as a pass rusher.

Butler is an excellent selection but I think we may have to move up to get him.

Dang, I was told Lindy's hit the shelf tomorrow. Should have went to the store and got it today. Oh well, I will pick up a copy tomorrow on my way home from work.

Last year I thought Lindy's did a great job on their preview, and I have high hopes this year's magazine is just as good.

Agree about English. solid but not spectacular.

Maybin has possible star potential.

what store did you buy it at cause i looked at books a million and they had just one pro football weekly 2009 draft guide but not lindys as of 3/3/09

I got Lindy's at my local Borders--there were about 30 copies there.

I got it at Barnes and Noble on Monday.

Hmmm...I got mine last night. It's too bad they most likely printed all this stuff before the combine. Andre Smith is still their 2nd rated OT...I think I'll have to buy ESPN's when it comes out.

I got it on monday, Great magazine. I now have that and the Sporting News.SportingNews has us with Clay Matthews.
